Welcome to Fikrah.Dev. These terms govern your use of the website and the elite engineering and cybersecurity services provided by Obaida Alnabwani.

1. Nature of Services

Fikrah.Dev provides B2B (Business to Business) web engineering and cybersecurity consulting. All custom development projects and manual in-depth security audits are subject to separate, legally binding written contracts prior to commencement.

2. Security Audit Disclaimer (Liability Shield)

The automated security audit tool is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

• No Guarantee of Safety: A high grade (e.g., "A+") does not guarantee that a website is immune to attacks. Conversely, a low grade does not necessarily mean a site is currently compromised.
• Limitation of Liability: Fikrah.Dev and Obaida Alnabwani hold zero liability for any security breaches, data loss, or damages incurred by the client after using this tool.

3. Authorization to Scan

By entering a URL into the audit tool, you legally represent and warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of the domain or have explicit written authorization to perform a security scan on it.
• You will not use this tool to scan domains for which you lack proper authority.

4. Prohibited Use

Our system performs passive, non-destructive OSINT scans. Users are strictly prohibited from using Fikrah.Dev for any hostile activities, unauthorized penetration testing, or any actions that violate French or International cybersecurity laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and content on Fikrah.Dev are the intellectual property of the founder. No part of this site may be reproduced or reused without prior written consent.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
